Mr Oakes,
I cannot believe you are still peddling these lies!
If there was one tiny shred of legitimacy in your claims you would have sorted it in court and proved your case once an for all.
In doing so, proved that Charles Oakes was indeed right while the following were wrong; NTA, Preston City Council (Licensing dept and Licensing Committee) , Yorkshire Bank (Preston Branch and Legal Dept. Head Office), PHCA , PHCA's Solicitors, also even your Solicitor who would not respond when asked to provide credible evidence!

Put up or shut up, do not use this forum to attempt to repair your
shattered credibility and alter the widely held opinion that you are a buffoon!
You are a laughing stock and my colleagues at PHCA will not allow you to tarnish the reputation of Preston's Hackney trade.

A leopard cannot change it's spots!
I will do what i can to help all the drivers in our Association if at any time the drivers wish to have there association back they can until them we will keep the good name of the Orgiual PHAC, your PHAC as you call your self is not the Original PHAC.

I dont think they are lies! now as for (Licensing dept and Licensing Committee) , nothing to do with them Yorkshire Bank (Preston Branch and Legal Dept. Head Office), now all the FSO has said its for a court. if we took it to court what would be the point the if we won, the money would be lost in cost's.

Good Lord! It appears that a hell of a lot can happen on TDO in 24 hours or so. What happened to the Charles007 - Mark Selley "love-in"?

Maybe this will be of use to them...

Charles' brief softening was just a charade, as I knew it would be. You have to give it to him though, he's dedicated. If I ever need representation in court I would call on Charles in a flash.

Oh...and whilst this comment may be a day late (feck it, what else would you expect from taxi drivers), I must commend Ms Toots for her intellectual put down (below). Mind you, no-one else had the patience to try and translate/break the code that had been written by Charles.
