Well Charles...I'm not sure whether that comment is bewildering nonsense :-k .....or witty, self effacing genius. =D>

See what you have done to some of us Charles? Was leaving us puzzled all part of your plan all along...and you're really a member of Mensa, who has been messing with our minds?

....Or then again, maybe not. :D

charles007,
In the past , I considered the possibility that you were a clever fellow who hid his intellect incredibly well. Your latest ramblings prove I was wrong, obviously, the 007 is your IQ!

Some members of the PHCA joined you Assoc. then decided they wanted the money also as well as affiliation of PHCA to your group. THE PHCA WAS NOT THEIRS TO AFFILIATE!

I used to be a member of a golf club, I am no longer but using your logic , I can go back and stake a claim for their cash?
They can call themselves the Original PHAC or whatever they want but answer this, do you or they have historical membership and financial records?

If the 'dispute' was nothing to do with Yorkshire Bank, why did you go to FOS?

C'mon 007 , your 'just following orders' defence has never worked and never will!

Finally, your solicitor claims you have a case, is this the same solicitor who ( very unprofessionally) wouldn't even take a call from our solicitor who only wanted something trivial LIKE EVIDENCE ?

I don't expect a reasoned response from you but hope your claim to 'do things differently from now on' is not just more empty words!

A) Your solicitor we are told had some thing to do with Mr. Tyson which as nothing to do with it but i thought i would just put that in, and did we provided what we needed to,.

I don't expect a reasoned response from you but hope your claim to 'do things differently from now on' is not just more empty words![/quote]

It's like an espionage thriller this Preston argument. I'm all excited. Spys, plants, bugs, and 007. Super.

Charles, I can't side with your association because I know it was born out of a vendetta. I might start my own instead and see if we can get a proper rise.

Well i sorry but it was not it was not born out a vendetta, it was born from 2 request both made a the regional 5 meetings of the NTA. Were i was asked wether i would take on Preston first time i said no.

The 2nd time i agreeded to attend a meeting of there members were i answerad questions.

any one can say what the like i am happy, our solicitor is happey that it was all done with in the PHCA Rules.

but what do i know, i have only got a round 500 members over the north west, i have drivers ringing up from all over for help, the only one who slag me are the ones who do know me, are run association in the same place as i have members.

I make no apologises for being me and the help i give, my job is to help and represent them they trust me to do what they want, selley represent selley, he is not liked they have know time for him, but he will not take the hint, that is why he never turned up at any of the three meetings, but they did send a driver to watch two of the meetings.

i do nothing with out being asked.

charles007,
My final word as you have told so many lies you have started to believe them! You may feed your members total c>*p and they believe it, not us and not the good people on TDO.

Our Solicitors have nothing to do with Pete Tyson, they are a respected local firm and were established in 1881!!!! As for your 'legal advisors', they couldn't supply one shred of evidence!

To say you were invited by PHCA secretary to affiliate the two groups is a lie and he has previously indicated he will instruct a solicitor himself if you persist with such lies!

The reason why you won't challenge us in court is for one reason, you have no case!
It would fall at the first hurdle.
At the time you came to Preston , there were six committee members, (I have minutes and historical records , you don't) two were not aware of the meeting, Secretary (who calls all meetings) found out the day defore and Treasurer found out on the day!
Where was the agenda, where was the notice to ENTIRE membership?
What about the 'minutes' sent to you members and the doctored minutes presented to our bankers?
You try to deflect about Yorkshire Bank, THEIR LEGAL DEPT LOOKED AT YOUR 'CASE' and surprise, surprise....

The law may be an ass but you would need the intellect of a donkey to think you could win !

Finally, if your members are obsessed with getting our money, shame, our rules state if PHCA is dissolved, the money goes to charity!

Now please, please, stop your feeble attempts to use this forum to state your 'case' and gain any shred of credibility.
Stop careeering around blindly on the pretext of 'just following orders' and think for a minute, you are supposed to act in the best interest of the Hackney trade, if you can't, toodle pip! We do and will continue to do so!

Ho well for the frist time i will agree with you, if we do win at any time and the money is still there, It will go to a local charity and not to any bank account.

I just wounder wether you would have still dont it if there was no money in the founds, i can hold my head up. If i was unlike by my members they would join out but they dont, why have they left you to come to us.

Well i will tell you you are like by the council and officers that why.
your not a problem that is why. yes sir no sir 2 bags full Sir and you just dont know when to shut up.

and some of the stuff you come out with its no wounder the council like you.

NEWS JUST IN!!! FURIOUS DONKEY RESPONDS TO SLUR!

Image

The very irate donkey, in a statement given to a local news source, today declared:
"OY!...leave us out of this nonsense! I've talked to all my mates, some of whom work hard with disadvantaged children on beaches...and none of us would be so stupid as to get involved in such foolishness. (Well, possibly apart from Ned...but he was dropped on his head at birth and has never been quite right)".

Meanwhile, the taxi story itself is expected to rumble on....and on...and on........and on...etc.

Charles, do you just pick a selection of random words to try and make a sentence? Some of your posts are like the enigma code!
