Well that were you are wrong, the meeting was arrange by the committe and it was the Secretary as then who ask me intorporated PHCA, and how would you KNOW, you never came to any of the meetings, and were still members they said.

you tell only what you want pepole to know, the Original PHCA, to the members of the PHCA, as they signed the papers at the meeting.
