Six men charged after death at Sheffield taxi company

Six men have been charged by police after a man died after a fire at a Sheffield taxi firm.

Timothy Darby, 37, died in Wakefield's Pinderfields Hospital a week after the fire in the office at Advanced Taxis in Abbeydale Road on 5 November.

The men, aged between 19 and 34, have been charged with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life and conspiracy to commit arson.

They are due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

Let me guess they probably had an arguement over a fare and decided to "teach the taxi firm a lesson" lets hope they throw the book at them the charges seem at odds though surely it should be murder or do the police in Yorkshire have such a low opinion of cabbies that killing one isn't considered murder ?
