I have just had the Dundee courier on the phone asking to comment on a Mr Taylor from Edinburgh i have told them that i will not comment on this mans drivel as he has no standing in the trade.

This man is spoiling this forum and i for one will no longer post info or links about the Dundee taxi trade on it. I learned a very valuable lesson today and will not make the same mistake again :D

You're bound to have seen the new threads he put on here last night wanted people to comment on, you've seen the questions posed, you know if you respond you'll get the same drivel, bile and rhetoric as he constantly uses.

However, you seem surprised he phoned the newspaper, I can't say I'm that surprised, because he did actually mention he would get in touch with people in Dundee. Indeed, I fully expect he is drafting a letter to your council as I write this post.

Now let me see.

You can't or won't explain how the cap would benefit drivers or the public.

And now, to save you from having to account for yourself you're spitting the dummy out of the pram. Lifting up the football and taking it home, spoiling the game for the others.

Dearie me Stationtone.

If what you say is true, then you've just made a fool of yourself with the Courier.

Never mind, when the reporter sends me the electronic copy of the article, as he offered to, I'll post it so we can all see Joe FitzPatrick's response.

Now with an election looming I wonder where his interests will lie. Drivers and the public who vote for him, or taxi owners trying to manufacture a plate value?

Interesting times.

Nope. I didn't fone the Courier, well not first anyway.

I emailed the post to FitzPatrick and the Courier. Craig McManimin(?) foned me back - twice. I foned him back once with the NOTW article, to illustrate the restriction end game.

The story is building nicely.

BTW Loved the bit about Cabforce. It's got a CC feel about it

"Saul on the road to Damascus" had Craig laughing his socks off.

Nice try boys. Keep it up. It's very entertaining

I can't wait to see how Joe explains away how the SNP, with their Economist leader Alex Salmond, would seek to persuade investors in Scotland that it is a great and free market to put their money in, while the MSPs are working to restrict markets in a protectionist manner. Quality.

I also can't wait to see how the SNP are going to explain to COSLA why Joe has broken the Concordat which prohibits MSPs interfering in council affairs.

There seems to be some big knowledge deficits here

Confucious say, "He who puts head above parapet should not be blind if he wants to avoid arrows".

Dear Inspector Smith,

I am a journalist with taxitalk magazine and I would like you to assist me with any comments you may have in respect of claims made about the cab office on an internet forum (www.taxi-driver.co.uk ).

Allegations have been placed ob the website of what I would consider a serious nature

At this rate you'll be as big as the NTA in a couple of weeks. :D

Has Wayne formed a Dundee branch yet?
