Nevertheless, please explain to us how you "know" ALL drivers want a cap?

And why not declare yourself to make your point?

And tell us all what steps were taken to ask customers what THEY want?

Now that I have heard Mr Taylor works the Waverley rank I'm sure there's a few Dundee taxi drivers would like to meet him in person, and I do use the word Mr very very loosely a bit like his ars* should be feeling by now

I wish that chap 'Citie Victor' would get hold of a copy of this possible footage.......although, I suspect it would be banned because it would resemble a Benny Hill chase.
