I aint checked your council......I checked Rydales.....for no reason at all I picked Ryedale.....where the hell is this mythical place 'Ryedale' which has a vexatious policy aimed at people like Madjim and other mental people.........I mean how many mental people do you need in an area to have to devise a policy about them?
