From what i am hearing from the unite rep i think you should be more concerned about Aberdeen than Dundee a cap is the hot topic up there i am hearing.

Now why should I be concerned?
If all you and your fans say is true, I should be sitting pretty.
Just forget my principles and take advantage of the situation.
I could double shift my cab to two drivers and rake in the rentals.
I could even score another plate or two before the cap goes on and really make money.
Maybe just work Saturday nights for some extra cash.
The drivers won't make all that much but they can get tax credits to top them up. I hear it's very popular down your way.
Now WTF didn't I think of this years ago?

I could even join the NTA and agree with CC. (there's never a flying pig smiley when you need one )
No, that would be going too far.
At a push I might just about live with exploiting my fellow drivers and abusing the benefit system, but agreeing with CC is far too much.

I won't be going down this route, but others most certainly would.

For their sake, let's hope the unite rep up here has done some homework since his last ATG meeting.
He had to be informed by the trade that a cap on PH wasn't possible.
Sounds like a guy who really knows his stuff.
Quality representation for £11 a month. About £11 more than it's worth IMO.
If he really wants to help the trade, he should organise another bus strike.

but it has back fired on him because the trade for once are united on getting the council to cap numbers.

Are you saying, before Mr Taylor sent his letter, that members of the trade wanted to keep the cap off? :?

Has he passed the 'knuckles dragging along the ground' bit as he walks yet?
