We're looking for information about him, who he works for, anything.

And what you've got is a system that breaches every tenet of common decency, that invests inordinate power in the hands of the council to abuse you.

However, I don't care about you. I do care about those who have been stiffed by this council in general and this cab inspector in particular.

In the last two years Frank has complained about 34 taxi driver applications. Only 11 were refused. Why?

The police have requested that 59 licences be suspended. Only 17 were. Why?

"There are no guidelines provided by the council concerning complaints". That's the official position And Frank uses the lax civil power he has a s cab inspector to harvest informatuion that he can then use in criminal proceedings, when he hasn't read an individual his rights or conducted the matter according to statutory requirements of his role as a police officer. You couldn't make this up.

And Frank makes complaints based on tittle tattle. He abuses his power to dig people out. And the council allows him to do so? Why? Because they operate in the same way.

And all you stupid numpties can do is get personal.

That would have to give you great satisfaction when you lose YOUR licence because Frank decides not to like YOU.

You guys need to grow up before fascism bites your asss.

As for privacy, where did you get that one. What right to privacy?

Fact is that when you put your head above the parapet you have no right to privacy. You've foregone that.

And Reid has put his head above the parapet with his carefully crafted work of fiction.

He will be smoked out, so that we can fully understand where he is really coming from.

In his statement Reid stated, "As I'm sure you will understand that I am a bit traumatised by this morning's events especially after recent events in the newspapers regarding black taxis."

A wee tad bias here? Black taxi, red mist comes down. This guy is admitting he is unstable, and the council intend to take this man's word to take away a man's licence? You best hope you never find yourself subjected to this.

Another interesting point. A complaint goes in, no witnesses to the event (although cops have been known to fabricate evidence before) the complaint is unsubstantiated and uncorroborated - a point not disputed by Frank - yet our hapless but busy cab inspector interviews this guy at 9.50 on the Friday morning? Not a tad unusual for such a minor spat? And Reid takes pains to state he would be happy to attend the meeting to stiff this cabbie, at his own expense (presumably).

Remember the meeting starts at 1.30 but the council advise that the hearing may not take place until much later. That's one hell of an investment by this numpty. One would have to ask why?

Doesn't this begin to have the look of a carefully crafted conspiracy by Reid, the cops and the council.

All of this doesn't stack up.

They must be desperate to dig out the political opponent that is the Skull.

But it's too late. They can't pull out. To do so would prove conspiracy. Frank and this council's heads are on the chopping block.
