That driver is breaking the law.
Nineteen canteen laws permit a driver to pee in public but only on the rear off side wheel and must keep one hand on the roof of his cab

Are you sure that it is the off side wheel? That would put the driver in the middle of the road.

Are you sure that it is the off side wheel? That would put the driver in the middle of the road.

I'd heard that one as well (HC though not PH), although if he was pregnant he could always find a policeman and ask to use his helmet ! :P
