I was the victim. The council didn't know what happened as I, nor my accuser could prove who was telling the truth. It was his word against mine and I simply denied it.

If my memory serves me correctly he said he was driving slowly because of the icy road conditions. He failed to mention me, sounding my horn, him being on the phone, breaking sharply and giving me the wan*er sign.

I think because I mocked him with my Big Man routine it really stung his tender ego, and that's why he made up a pack of lies.
