We just like value for money in Fife, that's all.

Perhaps in a saloon, but again I've lost count of the times I've turned round to be greeted by 6 people in my Fairway / TX's and had to ask them to alight.

If I hadn't looked, not always easy at night and it's busy, I would have unwittingly been guilty of carrying too many.

It's amazing just how many people think you can carry 7 / 8 / 9 in a Vito.

As Grandad said, in my Vito the rear bench seat is designed for 3, but it won't be the first time 4 people, usually two adults and two kids have all sat on the same seat.
Of course you see this and fix it immediatly as "you" are responsable for ensuring children are restrained corectly while traveling in your vehicle so never realy traveling with four on those seats.

Either way, taking away somones living for an extra punter is o.t.t., I meet so few punters that even bother to put their seatbelts on, I know this because I've lost track of how many have fallen on the floor or whacked the taxi partition as a mobile phone user walks straight off the kerb into my path.
Any extra punter is overloading puting a kid or adult in danger, nothing o,t,t about how dangerous this is. If an adult does not wear a belt its their own fault when they hit the floor, we all have signs. If I had a saloon I would insist on the person directly behind me wears a belt for my own safety.

A suspension or fine would have rammed the message home just as well.
they have suspended his licence in a way.

on top of the overloading problem it removes a job from a fellow driver who would be required to spread the load, he was puting a driver out of work that we all need.
