Of course you see this and fix it immediatly as "you" are responsable for ensuring children are restrained corectly while traveling in your vehicle so never realy traveling with four on those seats.

Any extra punter is overloading puting a kid or adult in danger, nothing o,t,t about how dangerous this is. If an adult does not wear a belt its their own fault when they hit the floor, we all have signs. If I had a saloon I would insist on the person directly behind me wears a belt for my own safety.

they have suspended his licence in a way.
on top of the overloading problem it removes a job from a fellow driver who would be required to spread the load, he was puting a driver out of work that we all need.
