Its not right across my part of the Trade, I've never seen it so quiet!!

If you read the version of this in PHTM the supplier is a local devon based "inventor" although I have seen this technology and similar on offer for some time in various formats it basically adds additional gas to the petrol effectively creating a leaner burn and hence better MPG you can buy fuel additives that do a similar thing

In fact I'm sure we discussed an American version of this on here about 3 years ago
