your a bit short sighted

without "fences" there would be fewer crimes of theft, which is why the police like to nick them, where did all the stolen items end up, ebay or with the handlers?...

with no way to launder goods crooks arent so keen to nick em, its like pyramid selling

so yes, thieves and handlers go together, hopefully in the same paddy-wagon

so tell me again Blackpool, what crimes would you let your kids get away with scot-free?

I'm sure RACISM wouldn't be one of them. What do you think wannabeeahack, should people get away with RACISM, scot-free?

It is a crime, is it not?

define racism

(in YOUR words, not copied and pasted of wikipedia)

BTW, dont the jocks hate the english?

The belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, esp. so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.

Racism is the belief that there are inherent differences in people's traits and capacities that are entirely due to their race, however defined, and that, as a consequence, racial discrimination (i.e. different treatment of those people, both socially and legally) is justified.

1.
a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races  determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race  is superior and has the right to rule others.
2.
a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
3.
hatred or intolerance of another race  or other races.

For reasons which they could not comprehend, and in pursuance of a decision by default, on which they were never consulted, they found themselves made strangers in their own country. They found their wives unable to obtain hospital beds in childbirth, their children unable to obtain school places, their homes and neighbourhoods changed beyond recognition, their plans and prospects for the future defeated; at work they found that employers hesitated to apply to the immigrant worker the standards of discipline and competence required of the native-born worker; they began to hear, as time went by, more and more voices which told them that they were now the unwanted. On top of this, they now learn that a one-way privilege is to be established by Act of Parliament; a law which cannot, and is not intended to, operate to protect them or redress their grievances, is to be enacted to give the stranger, the disgruntled and the agent provocateur the power to pillory them for their private actions.

for those that dont reconise that, read your history books

when i said define racism, i meant how would it be implemented, as im sure anyone has a right to an opinion, its what actions i take with that opinion that matters, even if isnt what others like or not

and i still see black and brown faces on the "rioters wanted" pictures, dont you? not just black and brown but a very high percentage for an ehic minority group, simple maths

So you bring your children up to "tolerate" people that are not white. You don't bring them up to embrace people from all races, colours and creeds.

This is becoming a total farce, the police are lifting and charging them,
The courts are jailing them so they get 3 square meals and a bed at great expense to the tax payer, and the jails are almost full
So what punishment are they actually receiving apart from having to stay in a small cell for a few weeks/ months
Who has actually won?????
If this was America they would have them out from dawn to dusk in chain gangs doing and manual tasks that needed doing for the community

I have been waiting for someone to ask that one!!!!!!!!

It would be interesting to see the response of many on here!!!

To start it off then I think that there are lots of ponderables to take into account, because to me (no pun intended) it is not black and white in terms of the law i.e he/she did wrong I am going to hand them over.

It is not that straight forward.

A few years ago, one of my sons and a friend of his stole my golf clubs and sold them to one of the second hand shops in town. Did I take him to the police station? You bet your life I did. They both received police cautions after admitting taking the clubs. The other lads parents have not spoke to me since.
