I believe Charles is informing us that the Manchester Multi plate holder Mr Darlington has joined the NTA. Mr D has been a member of the NTA for a long time and is, I believe, a committee member.

Charles also thinks Mr D does not like him. Drink does give one paranoia, I am told.

I know he does not like me and i dont drink and i dont smoke i work for my members sir and Mr S D was not a member when i was, so it was not that long ago. he will be good for them i wish him well. see i told you some one would know.

Friday 19/08/2011 issued summions against Blackburn council.

got £150 back from a local council and £200 from bailiffs for members who paid a pcn.

Won 9 appeals on parking. 10 pcn cancelled by councils

Won appeard before County Court for two drivers one in bolton, one in Chorley, over PCN, both won.

none payers £650 mouny claimed and recived and given back to members
waiting for £23.61 which should have been paid Friday, if not i will issues small claim

Done Plainning aplication for two members who wish to open a Garage, still awaiting out come due this mouth.

Help 8 driver to recover cost of damage to there vehicls. total £1500

20 drivers reposented at licing panels.

4 complaint to LGO, 3 Complaints to ICO, 2 complaints deal with for members to ipco, 1 on going about 9 officers turning up at a members house about pcn.

Got back two drivers badges for drivers who lost them, in preston one at the end of 2010, the other this year.

i will do more later

i love my work i enjoy helping pepole other just like to slag me like water of a duck back. the no nothing kid from bolton who cant spell, i have no dought that there are many others like me out there who like me dont want anything in return i get my kicks from wining. And not leting councils get away with just what they want.
