I could recommend some software programs to help you with your writing, but that's about it. If you are looking for real therapy, you will need to consult with a psychotherapist, and if it's drugs you need, I am sure they can put you in touch with a good psychiatrist. Have you any friends who can help you get the support you need?

You deleted a large section of your rant because it showed you having mental problems exacerbated by, at the very least, alcohol. If not, then by all means put it back up for others to judge.

I would take a bet you go on shift suffering from the effects of alcohol and possibly over the drink drive limit. I don't think even you are stupid enough to get drunk and to go on shift, but I bet it's never out of your system.

So what does alcohol contribute to your life, and who else is to blame for your mental instability?

Doom, while I am no expert, your writing displays a certain instability of mind. The fact that you drink on top of which raises questions about your mental health. It's not for me to give you advice on how to deal with your problems, but you should at least try getting an independent opinion from a medical practitioner. You are transporting members of the public after all.

You are more than welcome to come on TDO, and to vent your spleen, as some sort of catharsis but your real problems are never going to go away until you deal with them directly. If you think trying to attack me gives you some sort of respite, I am here for you, but you are never going to resolve your real issues.
