As most know, my day job is an insurance broker to the taxi PH trade. Transcript of my last phone call:

CALLER: Can I have a quote please

ME: Certainly

CALLER: Its for my cousin

ME: OK but really I need to speak to him to make sure I get all the correct information

CALLER: Well he's sat next to me but he doesn't speak much English so he's asked me to call

ME (Thinking): I don't think so!

ME: OK Sir, what's his postcode

CALLER: BB-----

ME: I'm very sorry but we cannot quote for that area but thanks for your call

CALLER: But but but but

ME: I am sorry i cannot help you, try Swinton's they are in you area.
