I may be wrong, but I don't believe Sea Bass can be found in the waters around Iran.

Is Iran a major importer of our quality North Atlantic fish?

Number one son is out tomorrow, after a big whack of Cod, then Monday night back on the beach with me for some more Bass and maybe some Turbot.

By the way, anyone got any recipes for golf balls - they must have a use other than spoiling nice walks?

Did I say they use sea bass in Iran? No I never, perhaps it's just the sauce it's cooked in that is Iranian. That's what I like about cooking, you can change ingredients and experiment :D

Meanwhile - I got the Bass, you got the recipes - I gave them away (I don't eat fish) and they've been eaten. You lot are still reading recipe's.

I will catch some more tomorrow if the weather is suitable. If I do, I give them away again.

Why?

It's one of three things.

1. He has a Bass, but no recipe.

2. He has a recipe, but no Bass.

3. He's hacked off because the thread has gone off subject.

If it is the third, then a subject of "Were" was a mistake for a subject in the first place I'm afraid.
