What about the slavery of the PH Operator?

On a par with the worst aspects of the trade.

But delimiting taxi numbers will help some PH serfs gaining their freedom, alongside some taxi journeymen.

Their freedom to buy a WAV and then get a radio from ph operator so they can afford to pay for it if they're lucky, yeah that's real freedom

So Toots knows best, not just for herself but for all her colleagues.

Or maybe Toots views fellow colleagues as being too thick to work out for themselves what's best for them.

I don't know about other areas in the northwest but most of the drivers here renew their badge whether they're using it or not, just in case

No more than Sussex knows best for the whole country, but I'll tell you this, I do know what has happened here better than Sussex does

The issue isn't who knows best, but who decides what's best for others.

You are saying drivers shouldn't have a choice because you think those choices are bad for them.

You maybe right, but aren't people allowed to decide what's best for them? :?

I just had a look at the minutes presented to Sefton council for the last six months 500 new applicants compared 470 for the previous six months.... now they are new applicants not existing licences

FFS this isn't a trick question?

Is it 50%, 25%, 10%, 5% or less?

You must have an idea.

I'm grateful for that.

So would it be fair to say that in fact your manor has more people joining than leaving?

Are you expecting that people decide individually what is best for them or shall they leave it to the people they elected to make such decisions, locally of course
