What sort of mpg figures do you achieve from your passat? Currently in a mk 1 skoda octavia, I can get 130/140 from £20 of diesel at today's. prices. Another driver I speak to reckons he gets 160/170 from £20.

Skoda Octavia 1.9 tdi estaite

(1) Distance covered:-533 miles,
(2) Litres of fuel used :-52.87 litres (or cost of last refuel £70.76 p)
(3) Cost per litre 135.7 (in pence ie: 197.9)
(4) Tick this box to store this result for your next visit then press calculate

(5)

Your fuel consumption
( MPG)45.83 ( Km per litre)16.22( litre per 100Km)
Averaging pence per mile 13.48
(40+ mpg for petrol is good under 23 is bad)
So 12000 * miles would cost £1617.60
