I don't see the problem with the office, but the car shouldn't be parked there.

Maybe the driver too ill or was a Blue (licence to kill) Badge holder...anyway, bugger all anyone can do now about it.

And hit the Street view button on their google advert you can see the front of the car with a red and white plate on its bumper.

Looking at that street I suspect the driver has walked off and thrown himself down an abandoned mine.

Yes, it is a depressing looking street. The rank has been there a very long time but isn't popular with HC drivers and sometime in the 90's the council gave permission for the PH office. Evening times PH drivers just park outside the office and pick up "walk in" customers at the office door. At busy times (yes, we still do have some) there can be 20 or so punters waiting at the office and a hackney rolls up and takes a few of the PH customers. This sort of [edited by admin] them off a bit!

Use it or lose it. if there are people in their office rank up and you may get the fare.
pi$$ them off. The way councils are going now, is that any available parking areas are now being
used as pay and display. if that rank does not get used enough they will take it off you and make money from it.

once before......i was a hack, the office was by the rank, and so was the base owners PH plated minibus...

no-one cared

and they are still parking a PH by the rank outside a HC office (just looked on streetview)

AND the PH vehicle has the company name across it.....
