Evening news gave up on me? Really?
In the time I stopped submitting to the News, and withdrew from this forum, I wrote and published on Kindle an 80,000 word novel. I'm 40,000 words into part two of the tale. That's what I've been doing. What about you?
Let me see now. You've been living you're illusion.
Oh, and we've held discussions with the council about taxi licences.
I guess you just need to watch this space, eh?

Don't be shy now, Jim, tell us all about your wonderful book - released on kindle at £1 (including VAT) It's all about lesbian love, is it not?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/WOMEN-n-LOVE-eb ... B008J5L61UIs it based on your real life relationship with Garry? or are you really a closet lesbian?
Even KarenC who comments on your autobiography thinks it was written by a woman.
I don't suppose it has ever occurred to you, Swannee. You were supposed to draw the conclusion the book was written by a woman, from a woman's perspective? So you and KarenC are actually paying Jim the highest accolade for his ability to write in character.
The fact, Jim has been given four out of five stars for his first book, says it all really.
However, you Swannee just can't bring yourself to acknowledge Jim's achievements and give credit where it is due. All you manage to do, is to let yourself down at every opportunity and to show yourself up for the lowlife scum you really are.
It's no wonder why wearing taxi cufflinks, means so much to you.

Never mind though, Doom is on your side.

Jim's achievement was to self-publish an ebook for a quid. Anyone who wants to (even you!) could that and get a couple of mates to give it 4 stars.
As for being a lowlife, all I did was publicise his book. You immediately jump up to defend "your hero(ine)" What are we supposed to think?
A man writing a book about lesbian love seems a bit iffy to me especially bragging about it on a TAXI forum.
Given the choice, cufflinks would be preferable to a night in wiv Jim's tender love story.
