 Post subject: brand new E7 inter com

Just got myself a new E7 i do like . BUT i would like to change the inter com . TO 2 plastic cups and a bit of string. Do you think this might be better or is there a better way. Or should i go for the cups

Has it been set up properly?. I find E7 intercoms to be best of a bad lot,

yes its been replaced 2 times by AMG in 3 weeks so i think it must be the best its going to get . Its seem to pick up all the bumps in the road but not voices very well on motorways .

Get some rubber dampers on your electrical connections, that should sort your interference out. A £1 fix.

Start in the engine bay and work yourself back into the cab, like I said a cheap fix a couple of quid at the most.
