Hi there everyone I was at the dealers today sorting everything out with my new superb and taking delivery of it on the 21st of this month, I have booked it in for its taxi test on the 22nd and the meter radio data head fitted on the day I get it, I was on the phone to sherif meters and they said that the superb does not have a "pulse wire" so one will need to be installed for the meter to work anyone know or have a superb mine is a 1.6tdi S specification

I have the info the Pulse wire in behind the speedo Pin 9 you have to put a wire in there

Very useful info.
Can you re-programme a Taxitronic TX34 meter?

Ha Ha. Pitts are the ones that fitted the meters and they are now saying that they can't be re-programmed any more and we have to buy new meters. There are hundreds of them in this area. (Notts,Leics, Derby)
