I think generally speaking, front plates are used to distinguish regular saloons from taxi saloons. That's a purpose built taxi, no confusion there really is there, now go take your medication

In those conditions fog lights aren't necessary but headlamps certainly are.

i was pulled over last year for having my outside brake light out , the officer only told me to get it fixed and sent me on my way, i later got home checked my brake lights and they were all working? must have been a loose wire or bulb not in right but gave the bulb a good tightening and never had any other problems, they really do look for the most stupidest things these days, two times this weeks we have had code 1's shouted out over the radio on the same stretch of road

Yes they ordered one of my drivers off the road saturday night for a rear bulb out but the driver refused and told the police they were picking on him and they walked away !

We gat this all the time at the moment. They send drivers home for having a side light out. They expect you to be able to change a bulb at the side of the road but with some of my cars this is impossible. You need to remove the front bumper and the headlight unit to change the headlight bulb or the indicator bulb.
