It isn't, when I had my WAV I could've gone to the doctors and got an exemption certificate stopping me from pushing wheelchairs up the ramps due to having 5 operations on my back from when I got trapped down the coal mines. I didn't and carried on as I was it didn't bother me.
Well that's nice.
Your OK so everyone else should be too.
You should work for Atos.

If they can't push a wheelchair up a slight incline due to a bad back they shouldn't be doing the job.
Hmmm
Does that go for the guys with saloons who avoid having to push wheelchairs up ramps or just the one's with the cheek to get a plate that they didn't pay for?

There's one idiot in our manor who's bought a rear loader (Fiat Doblo) with a free plate from the council, he thought he was going to be clever and play the bad back card, he got an exemption certificate from his doctors then went to the Council asking for a saloon plate stating to the Council that he didn't need a WAV because of his exemption certificate. They told him to do one.
Quite right too.
Now all they need to do is tell the rest of you fit and able people to get WAVs?
