dosent the yorkshire plank run these sort of things?
pretends to be a cabby when all his is a bus driver and the only way he can make money is by stealing money from the council that would otherwise go to schools and the police.
he should be ashamed. [-X

perhaps this is the sort of scheme other city councils should be promoting instead of insisting on WAV's for HC work?
