Car is still tones of praise from passengers, had a young girl this morning who got in the back and said "what kind of car is this" i told her it was a superb and she said "thats a skoda isn't it?" told her it was and she said the legroom was unbelievable and she said her dad was looking for a new big car with good fuel economy, i told her the spec and engine is had, and she wrote it on a bit of paper and said the will tell her dad about it and see if he looks into buying a 2nd hand one, and i was also speaking to a 61 plate superb owner today and he told me the same thing, that many people praise the room and the quality of the cabin, well chuffed i got one now

I'm getting shed loads of comments on the leg room, so much so I have now got a contract for the rugby club, to take some of the older supporter to and from, big and tall, so loads of room for them, and folk wanting to book for weddings.
Had a very narrow escape about 5 .30 last night, picked up a woman wanting to go to Selkirk 6 miles away, got about half a mile outside Gala please put the window down, did as she asked next thing she was on the phone to huey, luckily she managed to get her head out of the window, but it ended up all over the outside of the car, she said sorry, and she would pay extra, so I carried on and she handed me £60 for the £15 fare, drove back along the low road in Selkirk to a jet wash, put a pound in washed the car checked inside nothing :D yes we do have a charge on the tariff sheet of £70 for cleaning

i don't do the night shift any more last time i done it was 2010 and i'm getting on too now and i can't be botherd with all the drunks of the day and all the abuse, i always stayed out to about 3.30am every Friday and saturated night, but its not for me, all the mess and damage people make its just not worth it, i have only had one sick encounter in the superb, was a little boy who brought up some milk on the backseat, the seat cover took the brunt of it, and the mother was awfully embarrassed and apologetic gave me £50 in total, took the cover off put it in the wash dryed it put back on the car hey presto back to normal, and the best bit was there was no smell what so ever, so never ever ever go anywhere without seat covers and this was a 1.30pm, and yesterday i had a man who split irn bru on the floor mat so had to fix that too, the joys of taxiing

and by the way skippy, do you leave rear windows locked via the button on the drivers door, i leave mine unlocked so if anyone wants the window down they can do so, but if i get someone or little kids who just put them up and down for the sake of it i hit the lock button and put the window back up via my door, or someone puts the window down and its bucketing it down outside

Well thats her just finished her 1st nightshift, 6 more too go  , started at 23:45 and the second i signed on got a hire and was quite steady the whole night, didn't have to reject any severely drunk people and brought £200+ home, had a few dodgy where i rungback and wasn't getting anywhere so phoned the office telling them that i could't get them, the office gave me the passengers phone number and luckily every time i managed to get them, had 3 long hires aswell 2 into glasgow one of them being the airport at 0530 and and the last going into east kilbride, very happy with that and hope tonight goes okay aswell
