Martin of Mansfield, he's still pressing on with the case. He tells me a large London coach operator is to take a test case to the High Court to force the "level playing field" to a hearing.

Meanwhile the CPT is asking for any cases where CT have been awarded competitive contracts over licenced PSV operators to be notified to them as they are compiling a dossier. I lost 2 tenders to Rye CT a few years back. It seems there is a major rethink in the corridors of power on these matters.
