so basically the scumbag just paid the £67 he'd run up in cab fares and a £50 fine......ffs the drivers would have had more satisfaction putting his windows in.

well hes paid his fares and a £50 fine woopdedoo.

i wonder how many times hes done it and the driver hasnt reported it and guess what hes gonna carry on doing it .

punishment ban him from blackpool town center and ban him from using taxis.

Has he actually paid it though? Just because the court ordered him to pay doesn't mean that he has paid.

You seriously have to ask that ?

If you wanted a higher fine then the law would have to change.

If you wanted custody then the law would have to change.

If you wanted a community sentence then guess what, the law would have to change.

The problem isn't the court it's the law.

All that said if he was charged under the Fraud Act then he might have got a different penalty.
