Round here it is a condition of license to wear your badge I am the ONLY driver out of nearly 400 across the district that wears mine and guess what not a single driver has ever been cautioned or lost his license as a result. Unless you admit to an offence you can't be caught out so why would a driver admit to not turning the camera on all the time especially if he didn't want him/her self to be recorded

It is round here but, when I took my argument to the Council because mine was "ON DISPLAY" and not round my neck I asked the Council if people sat in the back could see my badge round my neck? They could see it on display but they couldn't see it round my neck. Argument won.
