Who mentiomed the DSA test? Failures are failures. Push off and try something else. How else are you gonna keep up "QC"

Yes, it depends on whether the applicants are being charge extra for each extra test or not.

Just for some information, no one at the Cab Office who actually compiles the topo tests has the relevant qualifications to test anyone on the knowledge i.e. no topo knowledge themselves.
