Saw this tweet reported on PHTM, and just had to check to see whether the the phrasing was actually used, particuarly the 'excellent tyres fitted' bit

And, indeed, that was precisely how the council portrayed it on Twitter

But, I mean, could you imagine *any* other council in the UK reporting this kind of stuff about a spotcheck operation?
