I thought the point of forum's like this is to help each other!
Everybody seem's to be snipeing at each other
If someone ask's for advice or give's an opinon, we should respect them, and, if possible, help them out.

Some people on here have thier own bussinesses and if they want to promote them, I can't see a problem, we are all grown men and it is up to us if we buy from them.

We can only give opinion's based on our own experience of thing's and that is what make's forum's like this helpful.

I love you all :D

Most of it is just banter, apart from (at this time) the goings on in Edinburgh. There most of the lads don't really like each other.

After a while you get to know the folks on here, and most of them are helpful and will point anyone needing advice in the right direction.

I can't recall anyone having a pop at someone promoting their business on here. Other than the odd tit or two from the insurance trade doing multiple posts all saying the same thing.

But trying to sell anything to the taxi/PH trade is a hard task, so the people selling need skins like Rhinos.

I thought this forum was about open debate and no censorship - but that's only true if the "owners" say so. But there are some who make claims, refuse to substantiate them and its usually at that point the whole "debate" turns into a gloves off slaggin match.

Up here in Auld Reekie, we mostly get on - it's just the triumvirate of fools we dont like. Sshhh dont tell anyone but I dont even have that much of a problem with PHC, if they would just stick to the law and stop trying to be taxi drivers, and receive the benefits that driving a taxi confers. The law is there and civil disobediance on the scale they are attempting will hopefully fail. Civil disobedience has its place, but the PHC v Taxi business - time to step back, and look at re-joining the real world. 8)

So you mean you only 'get on' with those who think in the same way as the triumvirate because they keep their heads below the parapet?

So presumably you're glad that the triumvirate have been instrumental in holding CEC to account before the law?

Does locking a thread not count as censorship then?

there's nothing stopping you starting up the thread again as you will see greenbadgecabby started the edinburgh greenways thread again and why would this site want to take part in censorship. this is a open site and everyone can have there say and the admin have to be congratulated for this.

I think it was a case of the number of smilies exceeding the number of words used. :?
