Didn't I see a report that he was a taxi driver that did private hire work? :-s

35 years in the trade in High Wycombe and I never saw him either driving a taxi or private hire in the district perhaps somebody should ask the council if he was a licenced driver.

It seems if you can write your name you can apply for a licence in High Wycombe and get it. Sometimes it seems you don't even need to be able to write at all!!
