One boss said that if the knowledge test was scrapped he could hire an extra 50 drivers the next day

Yes i'm sure that he could hire 50+ drivers but would they know where they were going :?: Nope!

If he has 50 plus drivers ready to start why dont they take and pass the knowledge test :?

Wayne that’s the last time I go for a curry with you. So I had few to many Guinness last night. That’s no way to speak about your best friend .You for one, should have suspected, JD was a bit more than a Manchester Taxi driver especially the way he verbally, thrashes you every time you post on here. My theory as to who JD is. John Davis came from humble beginnings; his father was in fact a taxi driver. John went to a Manchester grammar school, he excelled of course. He then went on to do a law degree. Then something happened. What I am not sure, but he never finished his Law degree. John had to take a job as a clerk, in a Manchester law Firm. Where he works to this day. John now spends, his spare time on this web site combining his passion for taxis and the law. Making so called experts like you. Look shall we say not that bright .Now Wayne you have got to admit, John can not possibly know what he knows by reading a copy of button. He isn’t a taxi driver .What do you think? Best wishes TREV . PS LOVELY HOLIDAY

And here's me thinking you were enjoying bushmills and guinness

Leave my millys bush out of this. Trevor

I'm loathe to post your garbled nonsense again Trevor and maybe I should have edited it out but don't you feel like an impostor representing the Taxi Trade when you can't even string together a coherent sentence? How do you communicate with councillors, or do they operate on the same wavelength as you?

You are absolutely right. But we all have not of the benefit, of a grammar school education. As soon as I come home ,from Ireland I am going to enrol on a Basic English course. As for communicating, with councillors no problem there. They believe what I tell them to believe.     Please Please don’t ban me again. I will be good from now on . Try and calm down a bit, keep, taking the tablets. Your getting angry I can tell. Lovely holiday I am having, nice to no I am not far from your thoughts. Trevor

I can see that you have been taken in by that nonsense The issue in question was about a private hire test not a Hackney Test, but read into it what you will, ps whoever is posting is not me .

I've come to the conclusion that your sense of humour is way in advance of that of Mr Jones. You also have the ability to inject humour into your posts so you couldn't possibly be he. I must admit you did a good job of confusing me and probably many others but I bow to being wrong and if I offended you by confusing you with him, I apologise. lol

I was very disappointed with the response, of the real. Trevor Jones. I was hoping he would have at least denied saying, or meaning what he said, I was not very convinced with his week attitude, to the new Delta call centre, Delta advertising, on their cars, He knows every one in Delta and S R C. Perhaps he has some kind of financial interest in them. The logic of being a hackney owner and wanting to do away with the street knowledge for P H cars {that’s if you believe Mr Jones}. Well I don’t get it or his explanation . I think he selling us in Sefton down the river.

I was nearly asking you if you know who Mr Jones actually represents, considering both the Hackney Carriage and Private hire reps were quoted as representing the sefton trade. Do you think Mr Jones has inherited a title without portfolio in the the same way a life peer might be granted a title?

Perhaps thats why he calls himself Lord of Sefton? lol
