some I may hasten to add,I did not agree on.
However,being your long lost nephew from a Bonnie place in Scotland
and knowing you have plenty of Scots blood in you,I would like to
propose(no do not get excited,I know you are straight,or so your
boyfriend tells me).
Would it be possible to come over the border,with my WAV Dublo,to
work out of your office.
I realise deep down that you would like this,and I know I could make
money.
I am willing to pay fees,up to £120-00p,per week,for the honour of
working for you,as I know I would make plenty of money,as the customers would love to travel in my limo.
Please answer as soon as possible,as my passport is running out.

No Nephew he doesn't like that but he would have liked to come and do same in London, but as it is he is stuck in his one-horse town.

He was betting that this OFT report would deem London to be operating an illegal closed shop and that it would be opened up to all the flotsam and jetsam who could put foot to accelerator and thus think they could work London as taxi drivers. He was hoping that he could travel up from candy floss and stick of rock land and work in London. London was his dream. No can do Suspect , ha, ha.

Not really Claude, in fact the situation you have in London is what I think, and want to happen nationally.

In that all fit and proper people (licensed drivers), who offer a fit and proper vehicle (as deemed by the local LA, until 2010-2020) to be licensed, should be granted a HC vehicle license on demand.

In short, you can poke the smoke, I just want the same degree of equality that you have, and not the discrimination purveyed by a minority of councils.
