Mike please answer my question before you go.

If these vehicles are hired under a self drive agreement, am I entitled to drive the vehicle myself?

Its a simple question and if you are confident in the legality of your operation, as I'm sure you are, you will find answering it easy.

Kermit

I Have been asking about the limousine side as you started the topic its just goes to show when it gets to tuff to answer you run away with your tail between your legs like a kicked dog.

I have never asked about the Taxi Side of things.

Why is this?

All I want to know is the truck in Norfolk left or right hand drive UK or EU COIFed

If you need phone a friend (GRADUATE) im sure he will help you out of the s+++

By the way did you re-register your bus, as a 16 limousine? As it would have been COIFed in the UK as a 20-24-seater coach?

So when you rent out your coach, as a limousine is it insured as a bus, mini bus, coach or limousine?

I bet you have never contacted the DoT of change of construction use? But hay with you being so honest about all you say im sure im wrong & you will be right?

If they had nothing to hind it would be all over the place.

Why PM kermit we all wont to know. you are the one that was being cocky how you paid a VOSA barrister and the sun shone out his arse to get you legal etc but now you want to do PMs.
The Graguate stated you only become a oporator if a fare is charged ,
but 99% of your hires must have a whipe round and all chip in so that becomes the Fare, then The Graguate stated the customer pays the driver, and the customer then pays the hire to you, so there is no way round they have become the opporater weather you like it or not.
Kermit I really think you should have got a proffessor to help you out as The Graguate is simply digging bigger holes.

Dont be a numpty all your life fella, i have not been cocky atall just merely answered truthfully a barage of questions from some really ignorant people that cant stand the fact that we are legal and always have been, if you like you can send VOSA to out premises whenever you like and i am more than happy to provide any paperwork they deem necessary, in fact this was done not so long ago on 1 of our regular checks so go fight some other useless cause, you have nothing on us and you know it or why else would i be trading in 3 businesses, get a grip fella and try winding someone else up now, kind regards

You seem to ignore the fact that VOSA are very happy with the way we operate and we have NEVER been prosecuted, if im an illegal operator and not legal then ask yourself this question why have we never been prosecuted, but i can tell you loads who have, good luck and kind regards

It appears to me that some on here don't understand that some people operate legitimate businesses and others don't.

Surely we should be looking to uncover those who are operating outside of the law instead of tarring with the same brush those who operate within it.

Just my opinion.

Who is we I thought I was talking to you, but you are now a we?

As for an illegal operator I NEVER been prosecuted this just means that you have never been court yet.

So if you know all the ones that are bad don’t be shy name & shame them.
