Kermit you must have concerns though. You did not realise your customers are going to be held to book if there is a roadside fault found on your vechiles.or even worse a fatel accident .Becase as already stated by The Graduate they only become a opporater if a fare is charged . So with everyone chipping in to pay the hire ,which is the norm,( THE FARE ) then the hire is being paid by them.And lastly the driver being paid by them ..with out a doubt makes them the opporator. Please dont say this would not happen ...Its common sence, one person collects the money from the others then hires a limo then hires a driver =a opporator.
Lets do a maybe.. SHADDY LIMOS gets it limo booked by plod .tyres , brakes etc. there defence once the vechile leaves our yard it is out of our control, so the hirer must be responceable, just as avis do...
I am not for 1 minute saying you would do this ,with out knowing you ,you seem a upright bisiness. but shaddy limos would... you are trying to put in a system which when the bad lads get hold of it is so open to abuse its frightning.

16 seater self drive hire from Avis is 16 as some put earlier on in a post in my eyes. 16 is 16 not plus driver
so what is next 24 48 64 bendy limos untill some one dies your greed will always over take you

Firstly I think that ELA needs to look at its member's closer & as a founder member you do a lot to inspire people to joint the ELA

As for have just two limos & a bus. this must make you a real player then in the limousine industry.

You really are showing your inability to do your research, White 8 seater limo , Pink 8 seater limos x2, 14 seater, 16 seater limo coach, Rolls Royce and a mercedes for weddings so you see RODNEY there are 7 vehicles in total, Oh and a land rover, renault, Ka, and a honda cbr 600, and a ducatti 750 and uncle tom cobbly

This is what your Webb site shows but have many do you really own im sure on talking limos you sold the bus to your drive & all you will have is a Navigator in 2 week's time. All the cars belong to other people on your Webb site.
