To a large degree as far as I know.

Basically it appears they now wish to run a 'dial a ride' PSV service, with un-licensed un-checked drivers.

nothing like limos then.

we have CRB drivers, psv license, no dial a ride criteria as the vehicles are booked well in advance.

And finally the SAFEST vehicles on the road not vespa kit cars

What you should have said is we are all CRB checked drivers, not have. [-X

This is begining to look like a "witch hunt" to me , surely you guys should be more concerned with cleaning up the rogues in your own industry , illegal taxis , grey minibuses, etc there are a very small minority in the limousine industry who will never operate legal no matter what but we are talking less than 500 ops, the taxi industry has 10 times that amount roaming around illegaly.

We appreciate the fact that there is not a proper licensing system for the 9+ seaters at the moment but this will change over the next 18 months or less.

We are as concerned as you fellas but WE DONT MAKE THE RULES , maybe you should check out http://www.Theela.com and read !

Certainly not from me, I've posted one or two posts on this forum ( ), and if you went through them you would see I'm a fan of getting limos licensed.

It's just that I can't quite work out how this 16 seater lark fits in with the current laws of the land.
