I have a Nissan Primastar on a 55 plate.
The clutch slave cylinder went on Thursday 15th March 2007 I am still waiting to get it back over a week later, parts are on back order !!!!!
This vehicle has been a disaster from the day I bought it. Starting with the supplier Voyager. The list of problems:-
1) Delivered without a spare wheel. (LA test failure)
2) Seat incorrectly fitted to base.
3) Seat Tracking in wrong place so seat were not interchangeable, specifically requested this on order.
4) No wiring for taxi radio and ariel mount. Despite being on the vehicle order spec.
5) Door handles incorrectly fitted on sliding doors, doors would not close to latch.
6) Door rubbers incorectly fitted, could see the road when door closed.
7) Rear sliding doors not flush.
8) When spare wheel arrived would not fit the carrier because bolts holding tracking extended into wheel-well.
9) Exhaust mounting had been removed because seat tracking bolts hit against the exhaust. ( MOT failure)
10) Within 1st month n/s rear sliding door fell off completley when opened by female passenger, narrowly missing her. Door was only lightly damaged and local dealer remounted the door and replaced some fitting.
11) Door fell off again this time when vehicle was travelling. Door damaged beyond repair. New door and fittings supplied by local dealer under Nissan warranty.
My local Nissaan Dealer has done warranty work and been helpful. Voyager have refused to pay for any corrective work to their work and don't want to know. BEWARE.

Reminds me of a mate who bought a Primera when they replace the Bluebird. CV joint went and he had to wait 6 weeks for a new one. [-(

Why not e-mail them the link to this thread and see if they have the balls to front up and reply on here?

Could this article be moved when it is exhausted to the name and shame topic, I think any bad experiences re purchase/use should come under one roof so to speak.
This would be in order so that all will know where to find info.
