So "Sussex" has passed the buck again, why is it that on every topic Sussex makes a reply then JD, then TDO, its like a plan to suppress any counter argument to own theorys. Are you all the same person? Inventions like "Luke" etc just prove how thin your case is. Sussex starts with the extreme opposite then JD comes in like some patronising uncle tom, then TDO like its the "official" voice of the trade, its so predictable. Too many people see through it now, your whole Dereg/Delimit mantra is not influencing anyone any more the tide has turned, common sense is prevailing. You have done a lot of damage to the trade but it will recover.

handbags down please gitls :D

the point is that random checks are carried out and if you bid for school contracts you are legally obliged to maintain the vehicle in a fit condition if vehicles are failing then usually the operators are penalised

I've been checked twice this year on my contract none of the vehicles picking up from that school were penalised on either occasion but the tender system for that contract has a weighting system and isn't based solely on price although they have just cancelled the taxis and put a bus on in their place !

Tenders should never be awarded on price alone. But I find it interesting your remark about being replaced by a bus, were you compensated, I doubt if you were. I tendered a contract for my LA, it was one of many for the coming school year the contracts were for 3 years. One of the contracts I "won" was on a 3 year basis. On the first day the kid went in and on the return in the afternoon she said she would not need the taxi again she only went back to re-take an exam that day. End of contract, no compensation, no apology, no offer of replacement work. Under the terms of these contract we must give 8 weeks notice in writing but the LA can cancel with a phone call without notice. I complained that the contracts were unfair and unbalanced the LA said don't do them then there are plenty that will. If this site wants to do something useful to PH & Taxi then do something about unfair LA contracts.

No not really, it's just that sometimes when you are dealing with a fool it's best to ignore them.

What all on my own?

If that was the case, which it isn't, then the trade must be in a very poor position.

No not on your own, you have JD, TDO and all the other wannabees, freeloaders and melcontents that make up your band of Dereg warriors. You will never be as clever and as important as you think you are. Like all self-grandising pompous people you always overstretch yourselves and end up looking foolish.

Oh the whole three of us, but you just said we are one.

But what does it say for your house of cards if it only take three mushes with a keyboard to bring it all tumbling down?

I have no way of knowing who is real or not on this site as you practice deceit so often. The biggest killer of humans in the world is the mosquito, small insignificant hardly noticeable so size does not matter. But you are more akin to the locust and the lemming. You feed to destruction off everything in your path like a locust and like the leeming you charge headlong into danger and when those at the front realise they are at a cliff edge its to late because the mass following is unstoppable and they push the leaders over. Now we have our keyboards and we are many and stronger, we have learnt the dangers of apathy. FIGHT BACK IS ON.
The first rule of FIGHTBACK is Tell everyone,
The second rule of FIGHTBACK is Tell EVERYONE.

So more than one person in the UK disagrees with T., so they must be the same person.

Trouble is, there's a lot more than us T. :D
