And a ruling from the highest court in the land outside the House of Lords on data protection from our good friend Lord Buxton who as we all know, presided over the Maud case, along with Lords Keene and Kennedy.

Councils effectively operate a cartel. Except they are allowed to do so under the Law. Only non-governmental organisations are subkect to trading laws.
