Perhaps his stupidity has him believe that the facts submitted by the Lewes drivers that prove his lies are not real?
Perhaps he thinks a character attack will remove the substantiated factual evidence and make him right? (In this case substantiated means evidenced with documentation and referenced sources, I'm sorry but I had to include this meaning because good 'ole Ernesto (Che) Guevara doesn't seem to understand the significance of proof because of his secluded existence in his made up world.)
Perhaps he is just too mentally impotent to face any intellectual challenge to his blatant stupidity? This is a valid question because he does seem to have trouble grasping reality.

He deliberately maligned several hundred people. He deliberately used lies to do this. Factual evidence, with sourced material, exemplifying his lies are presented in the document from the Lewes drivers. His seedy maliciousness was seemingly to benefit a Brighton based company with the use of members resources, ergo funds. He is so overwhelmed by the logic presented in the Lewes district driver's document that he has to fall back on gutter speak to defend... Defend what I wonder, His integrity?? He's more than a little too late for that.

As I’ve said, his continuing stupidity does more damage to the GMB and other Unions than to me because his abject denial of reality and his misrepresentational skills can only persuade others to leave the GMB and persuade yet even more others that their interests are best served by not joining in the first place.

I have just been over to their supposed "professional" site and read this load of cobblers. (Mods you can edit their foul language if you wish; there is no need for it in a rational discussion. Oh, the forum software has done that anyhow).

Quite frankly, I am not surprised there is no attempt to reply. I have never encountered someone apparently wishing to discuss matters when they are clearly so damned aggressive. Do they really think people are going to log on to face a tirade like this?

I honestly wonder what I am doing in this trade. I am glad that I have never gone over to the Brighton side, they are clearly as aggressive as we are led to believe. Almost worse than our drunken obscene customers that we are occasionally loath to pick up.

My view of this trade has been slowly but surely diminishing over the last 15 years. Keep this up and I think I shall just leave them all to it to destroy themselves. Maybe I shall go and work with pleasant people who don't feel the need to threaten and abuse. Maybe I shall go and find a trade that values the hard work, honesty and fairness that I have applied to my staff, my drivers and to my competition over the last 15 years - cos these people are really not worth another wasted word.

17 year old vehicles - PSV not Lewes District hackney vehicles. PSV drivers don't need a knowledge test. If people are willing to work for the minimum wage then it is down to them and anyway it is taking the argument away from the main one, that is, the slur is on the whole of Lewes District and surrounding areas hackney and private hire drivers and vehicles.

I agree, it is not on, but why run down the entire fleet of Lewes, Arun and Mid Sussex when the argument is with one errant PSV operator, not a taxi company?

But the company was deemed as acceptable by the issuer of those contracts. Why is that the fault of ALL those taxi drivers and companies that you are bad mouthing? Why are Brighton allowed to take jobs from outside their area, but we are not? Oh, of course, dictatorship. Or back handers?
