Yes. Any wages, bank accounts, shares etc can also be attached.

Debt over £1500 they can force bankrupcy, which would disbarr him from being a company director, amongst other things. They could also force the sale of his assets - houses, cars, businesses (possibly including any plates he owns :wink: ), shares, savings etc
Some LAs might consider this enough to be "not a fit and proper person", with all the implications that holds. :wink:
I think he would be better coughing up the dough, don't you?

Well, if all that you say is true, Gusmac, he would indeed be better honouring his debt to the taxi drivers of Edinburgh.
The fact that he has allowed it to be taken to these lengths surely says something about the character and integrity of the man, not to mention his lack of business acumen/savvy - with a man such as that at the helm, this must be having an effect on his company's standing.
Mind you, the world is full of Ross's - so maybe not.
And he classes himself as a trade rep in Edinburgh - no wonder the trade is fecked!
And thank you for the advice, Gusmac - greatly appreciated! :wink:

Better late than never, I suppose!

And work? Who said I work? I may have people working FOR me, but I certainly do not work!

How common! :lol:

That's the great thing about these phpbb forums, you can join under lots of different names, and wear multiple hats to suit the circumstances. Luckily reality still exists when the sun comes up in the morning.

Marvellous innit? =;
