Is there a 'turf war' out there, or just a case of revenge? :?

From the picture it looks like the Hummer went into the back of the Fiat.

There are a few stories floating around about this crash. The most worrying one for me is that the Hummer driver was texting on his phone at the time of the accident and the child that died was from a traveller family. Obviously I don't know how true this is but it would explain the subsequant fire.

Behave yourself No Tips, it clearly had nothing to do with me or my so called mate, you will also notice that the car in which the child died actually hit the Hummer from thr rear, but as per usual just because a limo was involved it has to be deemed its the limo's fault hey folks!!! This is why accident investigators are investigating, let them get on with their jobs, if its found the limo driver was at fault then so be it and punish accordingly but if not then some of you will have to eat your words, we shall see!!!!!!

looking at the smash it looks like the hummer has gone into the back of the dark blue car and the light blue car has gone into the back of the Hummer.

Keeping a safe distance behind other vehicles springs to mind, along with paying due care and attention at all times.

I suspect a few motoring charges might be brought after this tragic event.

Regards

Indeed Jd and if the investigators find that the limo driver is any part at fault then yes i wholly support any action police take, but on the other hand if not then this guy deserves a break, i heard that the limo driver was cut up by a motorcycle and had to take evasive action, but im taking no notice of anything anyone has heard or said as its all chinese whispers, i will await the report from the authorities and then make my mind up, however my condolences go to the families involved!!!!

It looks like the rumour about their wheel falling off is true.

See yet again half a story typed for it to say what you want people to think, it actually states ( its own front wheels came off in the IMPACT ) So the wheel didn't just fall off as you try and make it look!!!!! If your going to say it say it factually or not atall !!

Indeed i did go to this school however my pick up was at 1400 and i was the only limo there at that time so was causing no problems, however i am aware there were problems at this school as i was talking to some of the drivers on the hoe, im led to believe this is why some of the schools tried to stagger the times the limos arrived!!

I have absolutely no idea who was ILLEGALLY parked and yes the hummer is awesome, belongs to Steve from All Stars i personally wouldn't want one though as you have pointed out its a nightmare to get around the streets and lets be honest as you have just pointed out this school and limo season is a nightmare in itself !!!

I hope all those Limo drivers are CRB checked, if they are in sole control of minors. :-k

Just a point on CRB checks.
If a child molester applies for a CRB check, he will get one. It may say that he is a child molester but if anyone asks if he has had a CRB check the answer would be yes. As a parent you have no authority to actually read anyones CRB check so this would render them useless. With out proper licensing there is no point in having one done.
