IT's works...??TaxiSlavesEdinburgh

As most of you know, Jim Taylor and me have been working closely together now for some time and with the amount of time I have spent with Jim I have got to know him really really well.
I have also grown from liking him to loving him. Yes I am admitting to my past mistakes in loving a woman. Jim is my ideal partner and I know that he feels the same way about me as we have made love several times.
After the appeal, we may move in together, as I have managed to convince Jim to leave his wife.

Now you know

Trust you :D

I think someone out there has got a sense of humour

I just thought you were trying to break the news to Sussex... after all we know you're very friendly

You can tell that photo's about 5 years out of date - Taylor was still all for restricting numbers, and his face isn't stuck up Slapheids @rse

The council capped the number of black cabs in the Capital at 1260 six years ago but, since then, there has been a huge increase in the number of private hire vehicles.

which is true and its getting harder to make a living. i looked at my books for the last few years and with the increase in motors on the circuit i work on it has resulted in a cut in my takings.

And no doubt as the owners of Festival seek to have only company operated cars on their circuit, and squeeze out the owner operators like yourself chipper then earning a living is going to get even harder. Whilst there may be a small explosion in PHC numbers at the moment, watch the numbers drop again as the big boys squeeze the independents out

You truly are a plonk TC. I don't think you even work in the trade. Any trade.

Anyway rejoice in my victory.

You seem to think this is about licences. I don't give a toss about licences.

What I care about is harvesting itinerant politicians and corrupt council officials.

Consider the following.

Jim Inch advises the previous committee to deny licences. He tells them they will not be held to account. After all, they are about to be replaced as councillors. How can they be brought back to account for their actions.

To support this, the council petitions the court to bring the matter back before th counci, to reconsider the matter. Taylor's been fecked. Really?

Taylor is pashing himself with glee.

Nothing has changed. The new committee will be deciding the matter on the same information as before.

They refuse to grant, the appeal is back on course. Only this time we all know they've already admitted they were wrong to deny. Barry or what?

They grant, a public inquiry will establish what corporate service's role was in the orginial denial. Jim Inch will get it big time.

Personally I hope they will deny. Because I don't give a toss about the licence. I want Jim Inch's ass on the line. Because he is a plick and he deserves to get it right up his ass. Curiously the word is he's gay anyway and may just enjoy it. It troubles me that my ideal outcome may just give him pleasure.

But when I say he gets it it big time I'm really talking about professional pain.

Anyway, the licence is a given. What we're about is how much pain we can inflict on this council. I'm looking for the max.

One man's ravings are another man's sensible debate. Ravings could describe many of the postings about the Edinburgh situation, from posters on both sides of the divide.

I concede nothing. Whether a post is ravings is in the opinion of whoever is reading it. You may consider his posts to be ravings, others do not. 8)
