MALVERN Town Football Club manager Paul Molly's trial for racially aggravated assault, damaging property and making off without payment has been moved back to November.

The charges relate to an incident on February 8 this year, when Molloy, of The Derries, Post Office Lane, Fernhill Heath, is alleged to have beaten a taxi driver, damaged a jacket worth £50 and made off without paying his £8.50 taxi fare home.

The case had been due to begin at Worcester Crown Court yesterday after Molloy pleaded not guilty to all charges earlier this year.

The trial is now set to start on Thursday, November 29
