Did I suggest such a thing? Just concentrate on what I say and respond appropriately, such childish comments do not enhance any remnants of credibility you might retain?

Since when has the moral judgment been placed on your shoulders to decide who gets what? Shouldn't your sole concern be for the best interests of hackney carriage drivers? Oh I forgot you don't represent hackney carriage drivers?

Have you explained to your membership that because you are so concerned that councillors will not be able to vet those persons who run hackney carriage radio circuits that you are going to make it an offence for every hackney carriage driver in the country who takes private bookings from home or anywhere else for that matter? Oh! I forgot to mention the undefined contradictory amendment to section 80. Whoever dreamed that up deserves a medal.

It might be wise if you concentrated on the well being of the hackney carriage trade and leave the licensing of private hire vehicles, drivers and operators to those who are vested with that task.

JD

Possibly since the day you decided the moral judgement was on your shoulders.....from memory you represent......1 person?

I dont represent anyone I'm afraid...you really should keep up to date with these things.

Anyway....I thought this was the JD wishes to apologise to Wayne Casey thread.

No I stood down in September 06 before the Carlisle Conference, of my own accord.

I would definitely be peeved off if these amendments ever saw the light of day and so would the majority of the hackney carriage trade but I'm going to do everything within my power to see that they don't see the light of day and you may quote me on that.
So I take it you're against.

lol my apology was directed at you and the NTA for my INFERENCE that you may have been the architect or joint architect of these amendments?

I am not yet convinced that you and the NTA played no part in suggesting to NALEO the changes you wanted in order to satisfy your warped sense of priorities.

My apology was two fold and I'm not surprised you took the bait, obviously we can't force you to tell us why we hackney carriage drivers need an upstart like you to tell us how we should operate?

I thought it might be entertaining for you to answer some questions from the hackney carriage trade as to why you want to stuff them again, the same way you did in Carlisle?

When my inquiries are complete I'll let everyone know how these proposals came about and who backs them and who instigated them. It wouldn't surprise me to find your name and that of region 2 of the NTA at the top of the pile? lol.

I wouldn't go denying anything that might come back and bite you on the azz because looking at your past comments on this issue your grave is half dug?

JD

What have I been misled on CC you misled the council into believing the station rank should only be used for wav's, and when the push came yours and the councils arses sounded like a brass band warming up
