Just an update on Newcastle councils application for Judicial Review on the Berwick situation. The application has yet to go before a Judge for permission to proceed, however that might happen before the years end if not I suspect it will be early in the New Year? If permission is granted to proceed then a full review could take over twelve months to be heard, unless special expedition is granted?

My personal opinion is that the chances of the application passing the first stage is extemely slim and thats without even seeing the grounds but we await events to unfold with anticipation.

Regards

JD

Wasn't it minuted in the MoM that action on this issue was imminent? :?

Maybe that's why some folks are looking to make a RRO and not bother with the courts.
