He still has to sleep at night.

Mr Bex for what it's worth I think you are doing it right.

Getting the supa dupa independent inspectors is a very good move.

You old cynic.

I think Mr Bex is going to do what Mr Bex wants, so in my view it's best we all support his actions against LTI.

If they do condemn the car, the question will be asked as to why you were still driving it. If you are doing so, then it could jepodise your case.

Makes you wonder how Trevor Hattersley and the LTI lot sleep at night, perhaps because they live in their own sad little world.

Maybe there is an Earthquake due.

I very much doubt it.

Engineers Second Report - Taken from http://lticrap.mysite.orange.co.uk/

THIS VEHICLE INSPECTION WAS CARRIED OUT 13 DAYS AFTER TREVOR HATTERSLEY (LTI)ROAD TESTED AND INSPECTED MY VEHICLE AT THE PREMISES OF KPM.AFTER TREVOR HATTERSLEY FINISHED HIS INSPECTION HE STATED "THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS VEHICLE, WHAT YOU CLAIM TO BE FAULTS ARE INHERRANT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DESIGN.I WILL REPORT TO VOSA THAT THERE IS NO SUBSTANCE TO YOUR REPORT OF DANGEROUS FAULTS. (BRAKES/ACCELERATOR)THAT WILL BE THE END OF THIS MATTER"

CAN LTI STILL HIDE BEHIND THE BLATANT COVER UP OF SERIOUS FAULTS THAT A SECOND INDEPENDANT INSPECTION HAS CONFIRMED.THE INTEGRITY OF TREVOR HATTERSLEY, LTI,AND KPM ARE IN PIECES.IS LTIs CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER REALLY QUALIFIED TO ASSESS OBVIOUS MECHANICAL FAULTS WHEN HIS JUDGEMENT IS SERIOUSLY CONTRADICTED BY 2 MUCH MORE HIGHLY QUALIFIED INDEPENDANT SPECIALISTS,

I believe that Mr Hattesley knows his job inside out and his job is to deny everything and scare people into dropping their claims against LTI. Something that from all accounts he is very good at. It would appear that they are relying on the fact that they have much deeper pockets than individual owners.
Are these inherent characteristics (faults) on EVERY one of these vehicles. I would suggest that it may be a good idea to see if anyone has got one WITHOUT these "characteristics" because if such a car exists, that may help support the case that the faults, sorry inherent characteristics are no such thing.

Dear sir,

I note that you recently (30.11.07)met a representative from LTI and praised the New Generation TX4 in front of the Houses Of Parliament. It is all very well to admire a shiny new vehicle and be carried away by the "Hype" that LTI are Masters at portraying to the Press, and any other person who looks no further than the shiny paintwork, but the true reality is a million miles away from the truth.

I and hundreds of other owner drivers have seriously defective TX4s,LTI refuse to accept this fact and treat us with complete contempt.

On a personal basis my vehicle has been defective from day one,and despite LTI eventually recovering my vehicle back to the factory, and keeping it for 4 weeks, have yet to provide me with a vehicle "Fit for purpose".

LTI have described my vehicle faults as"Inherent Characteristics of the Design".(Letter available from LTI)

I have commissioned 2 Independent Vehicle Inspections and attach the most recent as a file to this e mail.

I trust you will take the time to read the truth and perhaps offer your suggestions,I also have in excess of 70 e mails from other owner drivers listing their faults, perhaps you would like to take the time to look at my Web Site where the Truth is printed

Awaiting the courtesy of a reply

P J Foreman
